It is with great regret that Frances Moseley, my colleague as a Berrylands Ward Councillor, died last Tuesday the 18th of December.
She was a formidable person who was a dedicated councillor and will be missed by all that knew her.
In recent times she was a successful lead member for Better Homes and worked hard for the local community.
We were both elected to Kingston Council in 2006 and I saw at close quarters her determination to get things done.
